These terms cover your use of fairmarkstudio.com and the digital products you buy from FairMark Studio, a business of Living Stone Group based in Victoria, Australia. By using the site or our products, you agree to them. Gumroad's terms also apply to checkout.

1. Your licence

When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself and your own household. You can edit your copy however you like. You can't resell, share, upload, give away or redistribute the files (changed or not), or use them to make competing products.

2. Not financial advice

Our tools and website content give general information only. They're not financial, credit, tax or legal advice, and they don't take your objectives, financial situation or needs into account. Consider getting advice from a licensed professional or a free financial counsellor (National Debt Helpline, 1800 007 007) before making financial decisions.

3. Estimates, not guarantees

Results depend on the numbers you enter and on the assumptions explained in each product's notes. Real figures from lenders, the ATO or others can differ. Please check important numbers against your statements.

4. Products and prices

We try to describe every product accurately. Prices are in Australian dollars, and Gumroad adds any GST at checkout where it applies. We may change prices or products at any time, but that won't affect orders you've already paid for.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or site. Where our liability can be limited, it's limited to fixing the product, replacing it, or refunding what you paid.

8. Our content

Our products, designs, logo and website content belong to FairMark Studio. Please don't copy them without permission.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from its “last updated” date.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
